Re: Tingling in right foot
I have tingling in my right foot too but as best I can tell I have a high left hip. Is one of us innacurately diagnosed? I am working on LYBP but have not yet gotten relief.

Re: Tingling in right foot
I have the same symptom as both of you. I have a high right hip. Have been doing the exercises for about 2-3 weeks now or longer can't remember.
At first I thought I only had a High Hip on the right side, however a HH is commonly associated with a forward tipped pelvis. I did not find hardly any relief until I started the FTP exercises. I am not telling you to do the exercises for FTP, but your best option would probably be to send your pics to Steve and have him assess them for you.
I would say you are both correctly diagnosed, but probably not fully diagnosed.
support@losethebackpain.com is where you can send your pics. Steve will help you.

Re: Tingling in right foot
I found that sending my photos to Steve and asking for help with assessment got me nowhere. He say BTP and my physio says FTP. I have all the symptoms of FTP and can't do any of the assessment exercises. I have none of the symptoms of BTP and can do all the assessment exercises easily. I have massive tingling and numbness in both legs and feet and a definite high right hip. I can see how the exercises would help everyone, but if you're starting from a point of incorrect assessment, it's all pointless. I found Steve unhelpful and rude.
