Water therapy
I highly recommend water therapy from personal experience. I have been doing the LTBP system for 5 weeks (FTP: HH B& FHS) and have just felt confident enough to extend exercise to the pool. I can't recommend highly enough the Aquajogger equipment for pool exercise. (see Aquajogger.com) I use the support belt and polystyrene weights,. It enables you to water walk, run etc with no strain whatsoever on the back. Excellent exercise, the water makes for good resistance without any body stress. Comes with a good manual which tells you which exercises are not appropraite if you have back pain. Day after first day of use, sheer bliss!
