I have 3 different muscle imbalance dsyfunctions (forward pelvis, high hip, and sciatica). If I combine all the stretches for all three it totals about 25 different ones. I can't do all those in one day... so what should I focus on first? My biggest problem is the chronic sciatica pain (which is on my high hip side).
Which exercises do I focus on first?

Hi Sheryl and Dolores,
From my experience of using the system I first focused on the dysfunction that was most pronounced so in my case that was FTP. I had sciatica , HH and FTP but the FTP was the worst from my assessments.
I started by doing one or two exercises from FTP then as I was Ok with them added more from FTP then introduced a couple for HH and so on until it built up. I also split up the exercises across the day so did some in the morning, some at lunchtime(those I could do at work in breaks) and some in the evening. Slow, steady and consistent is the key.
I found some of the exercises more difficult than others and asked Steves guidance on how to approach those. After a while I essentially got into a routine of the exercises for my issues that I could do in the time I had available. I started to get relief within about 3 weeks then steady progress from there on.
After a couple months I did the assessments again to see how things had changed.
However we are all individual and you need to see what approach works for you. Might be worth you contacting Steve to ask his advice as well, I found him very helpful. If you do send in your assessments and photos as well so he can give you personal advice to your specific issues.
Love to hear how you get on, wishing you all the best.

Hi Ann, Thanks for your reply. It makes sense. Since starting the program I have had numerous flares. I have done too many exercises and remembered too late that I was told by my former PT never to do the standing leg stretch for quadriceps as shown FTP. However I will start all o0ver again using your method.
