Are Inversion Tables Safe?

But the answer is, yes, inversion tables are safe.

Yet there are a small number of people who may not be able to use inversion therapy. For example, people with certain eye conditions, heart conditions and some joint replacements should be sure to check with their doctor first. The good news is, most people can use inversion therapy and it is highly effective. If you are suffering from any type of back, neck or sciatic pain I highly recommend you give inversion a shot.
