    Hi,

In my opinion Yoga asanas ( exercises) are very effective in any kind of pain whether it’s for lower back pain or neck pain.

Medicines don’t work in neck pain. Opt for yoga exercises or take some herbal medicines.

Hope everyone get rid of the neck pain as it not only affects you physically but also you can’t concentrate on work due to this.

    Thanks

    I totally agree with Cherin.
I have suffered from back pain upper and lower. After being on so called modern drugs for a number of years and staying sick all the times. I took the decision to move on to YOGA and believe me, three years gone I have not felt any pain and not felt sick( which modern medicine make you feel). Having known my plight and recovery many people come to me for relief and they are as happy as I am.
