I just read your report about inversion tables. I have had knee replacement, so what are there any options I can use to achieve the same results.

  2. Steve says:

We do offer a spinal decompression device called the Nubax, that does not put decompressive forces on the knee joint, you can read more about by clicking on the product tab at the top of the page…

Before buying or using the Nubax you will have to ask your surgeon if you can tolerate the activity with a TKR…

I have had neck fusion C5, 6, 7 and spinal fusion L2, 3, 4 and am concerned that all the exercises dealing especially with lower back pain might not be beneficial to me and might be causing me more discomfort.Considering the fusions, are there exercises I should do and exercises I shouldn’t do?

I think it would be best of you opened a support ticket and you send me your self assessment photos so I can have a look and that way I can do and assessment and give you a more specific answer…
