How Human Growth Hormone Supercharges Weight Loss

… And How to Get It SAFELY

Weight Loss Success

Discover how HGH makes losing weight easier than ever

You’ve probably heard a lot about the exciting new research in the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) field.

Human Growth Hormones have been linked to everything from the Fountain of Youth to creating Hulk-like bodybuilders.

You’ve probably heard of its “magical” powers… but the one it’s recently famous for is weight loss.

The weight loss claims are actually true – but as you can imagine, it’s not magic. It’s science.

What is HGH?

Human growth hormone is a naturally occurring protein that helps a child’s body grow during early development.

As we get older, the HGH levels in our bodies decline rapidly – from levels of 2,000 micrograms at age 10 to less than 600 at age 21. The National Institute of Health Research notes that this decline causes the body to reach “elderly” levels of HGH by as early as age 35.

Scientists are now finding that maintaining higher levels of the growth hormone for longer may have some outstanding benefits, like better skin quality, lean muscle development and weight loss.

HGH Gets You Lean… With No Change in Diet or Exercise

So, where’s the proof?

One of the most referenced studies on HGH proves that it isn’t some new-fangled trend – it was published in the New England Journal of Medicine over 22 years ago and continues to be referenced today.

This study focused on men between 61 and 81 years old over a 12-month time period. Each participant was instructed to change nothing about their diet or lifestyle, including tobacco use.

The men who received HGH saw a 14% reduction in body fat and 8.8% gain in lean muscle mass… just from the increased HGH in their bodies. They made no additional diet or exercise changes.

A follow-up study was performed nine years later by Dr. Edmund Chein from the Palm Springs Life Extension Institute. This exciting study was performed with 2000 patients using a lower dosage than the previous experiment.

Dr. Chein had his patients fill out a subjective self-assessment form. Of the 308 patients who responded, greater than 80% reported improvements in body fat reduction as well as strength and endurance. They also said they had an increase in skin quality, rapidity of healing, energy levels, memory, and general well-being.

How to Make Sure You Get HGH Safely

Unfortunately, along with the continuous new findings about the benefits of HGH have come an increase in unsafe sources of the hormone, including pill and injectable forms.

You have to be careful of how you get HGH into your system.

You never want to take anything that claims to have the hormone in it. Human growth hormone itself is an illegal substance without a prescription. Instead, you want to naturally and safely stimulate your body’s own production of HGH.

There are a few ways to stimulate your body to make more HGH:

#1 — Get adequate sleep

We know that most of the body’s healing takes place during sleep. This happens partly because HGH is “preferentially” produced naturally during the first few hours of sleep.

The relationship between HGH and sleep is actually cyclical. As you continue to get better, deeper rest, your body will produce more HGH, which will cause you to get even better, deeper sleep in return.

#2 — Exercise

“Exercise is a potent physiological stimulus of [HGH],” writes J. A. Kanaley in a study published in the Journal of Applied Physiology. “[HGH] concentrations increase within 10-20 minutes of aerobic exercise, peak within the exercise bout or immediately after exercise, and remain elevated above baseline for approximately 2 hours after.”

The study also found that if you exercise during the day, the HGH levels you gain do not affect your natural growth hormone production while you sleep.

So, there’s not a finite level you can reach during a 24 hour period. You’ll still get the same amount of HGH during your sleep cycles regardless of whether you attained extra HGH during exercise in the day.

#3 — Take HGH-stimulating amino acids and vitamins.

A blend of certain essential amino acids and vitamins are especially effective at stimulating natural HGH production. Three of these amino acids include L-Valine, L-Arginine and L-Tyrosine.

While all three stimulate HGH production, they also have their own weight loss benefits:

  • L-Valine — an essential amino acid that accelerates muscle recovery after exercise. A faster recovery means you will develop lean muscle more rapidly, which gives you the power to burn fat faster.
  • L-Arginine — increases creatine production in the muscles and improves blood circulation.
  • L-Tyrosine — relieves fatigue and acts as an appetite suppressant.

Other natural HGH-stimulators include Ornithine Alpha Ketoglutarate, L-Glutamine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Glycine.

It sounds like chemistry mixed with alphabet soup to most of us. But thankfully, there’s no need to try to go through shelves and shelves of pills at your local natural grocer, trying to find all these essential amino acids.

You can find all seven of these amino acids essential to HGH stimulation and weight loss in one place… all in a convenient little spray bottle called ThinMistâ„¢. ThinMistâ„¢ provides the perfect dose of all seven amino acids – with no pills necessary.

So, if you’re serious about slimming down your waistline, you’ll want to start stimulating your natural human growth hormone production now by getting more sleep, getting more exercise, and getting ThinMistâ„¢.

HGH is very interesting subject and I must agree with the Doctor in its usage. There may not be allot
of scientific proof about it but people are using HGH with anabolic steriods for a clear cut reason BECAUSE IT WORKS!
There is risk with about anything you take especially cardiac meds.. But hey look what did Sly stalone get busted for in Austraila?? Its was HGH.. GOoogle it! I am sure Sly only gets the best stuff
