The #1 Worst Food for Your Bones

worst food for bones

To be frank, this topic is a bit polarizing. At last count, it’s created a firestorm of over 1,500 comments on our website.

If you want to keep your bones strong and give them the calcium they need, then whatever you do, make sure you stay away from dairy products.

If you have milk in your refrigerator, don’t drink it. Better yet, throw it away. In that container is a substance that actually steals calcium from your bones.

If you’re looking for strong bones, drinking milk will work against you. You see, milk acidifies the body, so calcium is pulled out of the bones to neutralize the acid attack.

That calcium ultimately leaves the body, so drinking milk actually results in a net calcium deficit.

Now you’re probably wondering, how come you didn’t know this. Well, there are many people who don’t want the general population finding out about the harmful affects of dairy. And for that reason, you’ll also find extremely vocal resistance to what I’m saying.

Some people will call me crazy.

Some people will call me far worse.

But I’m on a mission to help as many people as I can take control of their health and steer clear of osteoporosis. And part of that mission is shining a light on some of the biggest myths that keep people in the dark about their health.

Here are some facts:

– “Consumption of dairy products, particularly at age 20 years, was associated with an increased risk of hip fracture in old age.” 1

– “We found no evidence that higher intakes of milk or calcium from food sources reduce fracture incidence.” 2

– “An increase in vegetable protein intake and a decrease in animal protein intake may decrease bone loss and the risk of hip fracture.” 3

What else have you been told about bone health by your doctor or other “experts” that is flat out wrong? What other “facts” (like drinking milk does a body good) are keeping you from optimal health?

Myths like these are a big reason why I created the Save Our Bones Program. To give you the straight scoop on how to deal with osteoporosis the natural way, so you won’t suffer the dangerous consequences of relying on misinformation.

I’ve designed the Save Our Bones Program so you can easily take control of your bone health without any risk. You can read more about the Save Our Bones Program here.

To your natural bone health!
